Questions, answered

Quick answers about searching, buying, renting and listing. Can’t find yours? Just ask.

How can I search for properties?

Use the filters on the Properties page — city, type, price, bedrooms and amenities — or type a locality or project name in the search box.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Browsing, saving properties on your device and sending enquiries are all free and need no sign-up.

What types of property do you list?

Apartments, independent houses, villas and penthouses, plots and land, and commercial spaces such as shops and offices — for sale and for rent.

How do I schedule a property visit?

Open any property and send an enquiry, or book a site visit from the home page. Our team will call you to confirm a convenient time.

How do I know a property is still available?

Listings are updated regularly and sold or rented properties are marked unavailable. You can always confirm with us through the enquiry form.

Can I negotiate the price?

Properties marked “Price negotiable” have flexibility. Tell us your budget in the enquiry and we will talk to the owner on your behalf.

Are the listings verified?

Yes. Every property is reviewed by our team before it is published, and we flag whether price, RERA or approval details have been provided.

Which documents are needed to buy a property?

Typically the title deed, sale deed, encumbrance certificate, property-tax receipts, approved building plan, occupancy certificate and any required NOCs. We recommend a legal expert reviews them before you commit.

Do you help with documentation and registration?

We guide you through the paperwork — agreement, stamp duty and registration — and can connect you with trusted legal advisors. We do not provide legal services ourselves.

Do you provide home-loan assistance?

Yes. We work with banks and financial institutions to connect buyers with lenders and guide them through the application. Try the EMI calculator on any property page.

How can I check prices in my area?

Browse listings in your preferred locality to see current asking prices and price per square foot, or ask us for market insights and recent trends.

How do I list my property for sale or rent?

Use the “List your property” button or the contact form and our team will guide you through creating a listing, photos and pricing.

Is there a charge for listing?

There are free and premium options. Premium listings get highlighted placement, a featured tag and higher search priority. Contact us for current pricing.

What amenity information do listings show?

Listings describe amenities such as parking, security, power backup, gym, pool and garden, plus nearby places like schools, hospitals and transport.

Is there any charge for using the website?

No. Browsing, saving properties and sending enquiries is completely free.

What is RERA and how does it protect me?

RERA (the Real Estate Regulation Act, 2016) requires most new projects to register with the state authority, publish their approvals and timelines, and keep buyers' money in a project account. Ask for the RERA number and check it on your state's official RERA website before you pay.

How much are stamp duty and registration charges?

They are set by each state and can differ by property type, location and the buyer's gender. Our team can give you an estimate for your property, and you should confirm the current rate with the sub-registrar before registering.

What should I check before buying a plot?

Check that the layout is approved by the local authority, the title is clear, there is no encumbrance, and roads and drainage are in place. Every plot listing here includes a layout map (naksha), a site plan and a legal summary so you can verify these before a visit.

Can I buy a property from abroad as an NRI?

Yes. NRIs can buy residential and commercial property in India, but not agricultural land, plantations or farmhouses without special permission. We offer live video tours and can coordinate the paperwork with your power of attorney.

How does renting work, and what is the security deposit?

Most residential rentals ask for a deposit of two to six months' rent, refundable at the end of the lease, plus an 11-month agreement. Each rental listing shows the rent, deposit and monthly maintenance up front.

Can I see a property without visiting in person?

Many listings have a 360° view, floor plans and a video. You can also book a video tour with our team, who will walk you through the property live.

How long does it take to sell a property?

It depends on the location, price and paperwork. Well-priced homes with clear documents in popular areas often find a buyer within a few weeks; plots and commercial property can take longer. We will give you a realistic estimate after seeing the property.

Which home loans can you help with?

We compare offers from banks and housing finance companies, help you prepare documents and track the sanction. The EMI calculator on every property page shows an estimate you can adjust.

How do I save properties and compare them?

Tap the heart on a listing to save it, and use the compare button on up to three properties to see their price, size and features side by side. Saved properties are kept in your browser.

How do I contact the team?

Use the Enquire now tab on the right edge of any page, the Contact page, WhatsApp or the phone number in the footer. We reply to enquiries within one business day.

Still have a question?

Our team usually replies the same day.
